Keeping things simple in a silk camisole, perfectly tailored trousers and my ever faithful slides. These trousers are a recent purchase from Paris and possibly the only pair other than jeans that have fitted me like a glove from go to woe, no letting hems down or running in legs (which has been a recurring scenario since I was a teenager).

Those of you who follow the lovely & talented Jasmine Dowling will know that she has started somewhat of a movement on social media this festive season, to support local business and designers. Jasmine put the call out to some of her fellow Blogger buddies (myself included) to join in and create our own Christmas shopping lists highlighting local business. As a blogger I am lucky enough to experience some of these up and coming businesses first hand, and I am always 100% behind anyone who takes the risk to start up there own business.
