Last Wednesday I was lucky enough to attend the launch of the incredible capsule collection from one of my favourite Australian labels, Viktoria & Woods. If ever there was a collaboration more perfect between two local industry leaders it would be this one. The Viktoria & Woods collection embodies a simplicity and timelessness with modern shapes, polished sophistication and easy to wear pieces in quality fabrications. The latest capsule collection offers nothing less, but perhaps something a little extra with it’s evident Lindy Klim touch; relaxed, streamlined and structured with simple details, such as the careful placement of zippers on coats and jeans, or the sheer band on a carefully tailored shirt sleeve.
It’s safe to say I’ll take it all.

So it feels like a life time ago that I actually got out and shot an outfit post, but with an unexpected dash to Sydney and then landing back in Melbourne ready for VAMFF, there hasn’t seemed to be enough hours in the day. This trench was the only thing I had time to purchase for fashion week, and I have to say it was a lifesaver, as the nights here in Melbourne are certainly feeling more and more like Winter. Suffice to say I think everyone should invest in a transeasonal trench, this one is a winner as its soft drape fabric and over sized fit, works perfectly with that ‘not quite winter but holding onto summer’ wardrobe

Currently planning my next European adventure, and of course I couldn’t go past another visit to Paris. So although some may say a bit premature with the outfit planning, I couldn’t disagree more, a girl can never be too prepared right?
