Blue has been touted as the new black this season, and although I don’t think anyone should be without a LBD in their wardrobe, this Maurie & Eve Dress in cobalt blue is a stunning alternative, and one I have become quite smitten with. I’ve always been one to sport a mini, (even in this freezing weather we are currently experiencing, I’m still refusing to put on a pair of opaques) however, this just above the knee length is beginning to be my first choice, especially teamed with a pair of killer heels. Its a much more practical length for Winter and the high neck adds to the modern Winter aesthetic.
