I will be forever in debt to Coco Chanel for introducing trousers for women, and Yves Saint Laurent for defining style with the iconic ‘Le Smoking’, and perhaps more so in awe of Bianca Jagger who wedded, in her cream YSL Tux. Borrowing from the boys never really looks as good as a woman in a tailored suit, hence in my books the tuxedo automatically becomes the front runner for anything that requires a gown… now would I be brave enough to say my impending nuptials in a Tux, a’la Bianca Jagger? Let’s just say if I was marrying Mick, I guess so!  I am however eyeing off this ensemble for the pre-wedding dinner, because as the say an elegant tuxedo is the epitome of grown-up glamour, and well, how much more grown up do you get than tying the knot?
